Southern Maryland Tornado Benefit
Sunday, June 23rd at Neptune's
We raised over $3000 to aid those in need. Thanks to all who came out to support the event, all the bands that played,
and all the sponsors!
On April 28th, 2002, a F-5 Tornado hit Southern Maryland. This is the most destructive type of Tornado, and
it hit the area very hard. People lost their homes, cars, business, and other various property. Millions of dollars
are needed to rebuild the area. In an effort to help our community, several local musicians (Big Daddy, Matt, Dan, & Art)
have planned a benefit show scheduled for June 23rd, 2002 at Neptune's Club and Grille in
California, Maryland. Where we can't raise all the money needed to help those who were unfortunate enough to be
affected by this event, we can help. Our goal is to raise as much money as possible and collect as well as collect
canned food items.
